Fertility vs Infertility: Afraid of infertility? Here’s how to get pregnant FASTER

Researchers still believe abstinence allows for increased quantities of sperm, however they also know the quality of sperm declines over time. Ovulation Tests

Ovulation tests help you to identify the two days of your cycle when you are the most likely to get pregnant.

Just before an egg is released (ovulation) there are changes in your body as it prepares for the new egg. Ovulation tests work by being able to detect the change in one of your hormones, called luteinizing hormone. This hormone can be detected in the urine, and so it makes a perfect marker for knowing when ovulation will occur.

What happens is that LH levels rise dramatically about 24 to 36 hours before ovulation. It is, in fact, this "surge" of luteinizing hormone that triggers ovulation.
